Shakespeare… is this anything?

A friend found this Precision with the 1910 foot over-stamped as a 1912…is this something of collector interest??

I have seen overstamps like that before, but not a lot of them so I would think they are not terribly common. I’m sure they were just using up old parts.
I suppose overstamps and error stamps could be an interesting area of collecting, but I’ve not yet seen it as a premium point on Shakespeare reels. The upside-down 80 YDS makes it even more interesting!
