Wanted: One spinning rod guide

Might be a long shot but I need one replacement guide for a classic fiberglass South Bend spinning rod. I don't need a whole set, just one to replace this guide that got squashed and broken. The guide stands 15mm high and the opening is about 9mm. Photo is shown here. Would love to match this exactly or really close to it. Thanks! Richard
