Lews BB-1NG assembly

Post by jaybo82 »

Now I know nobody has ever done this before, right?

After many years I disassembled my old Lews Bb-1NG reel for cleaning, oil, and greasing. Everything went fine until reassembly. I thought that I had all the washers in the correct order -- I do not have a CLEAR schematic -- but it clicks upon retrieve. (I believe that I have the antireverse installed correctly.) Does anyone have a CLEAR schematic for this reel or (better) a photograph of the washers in their proper sequence? Or... is there anyone to whom I can send my Lews BB-1NG reel for reassembly (or repair)?

Thanks in advance for helping restore my old reliable Lews reel!
