Perhaps surprisingly, the early version Mitchell pre-300 with extremely rare small round anti-reverse knob only drew 10 bids & the auction was won by a bid of about $104. There was just 1 earlier version that had a rosewood knob. This reel was showing considerable wear, but came w/box & spare spool & case. I'm bad at following auctions & presumed this oddity would go far beyond my budget.
