Its for the person that signs up the most new members for the year (2006) When Our secretary-treasurer Roger Schulz makes the final count , he will foward the( NAME TO ME) I will in turn notify the winner and ask which reel of the three types I offered do they want (No STRINGS ATTACHED!) I will even mail it by Priority mail at my expense , and yes if you sign up yourself then that is considered one new member! I dont need anymore reels! I have too many now! yes but just think if you sign up the most you have another reason to get a reel, and you can never have enough and there is most definetly no such thing as too many. although i do think i need a bigger apartment soon!
