I seem to have forgotten how to get pictures posted so I am experimenting here.

Help

I am doing something wrong but don't know what it is. I have posted pictures before and I think I am doing things the same but there is something wrong. I got my picture in the repository and higlighted the address and then pasted it into the thread and highlighted it and clicked on the Img box but no picture. I tried the same thing with the URL address with the same results. I also tried the upload tap on the URL but still the same. HELP!

Bill, the difference between one that works and your try above: I noticed that 1. there is a space at the end of your string of characters and 2. more importantly that "%20" was missing between the DSCN6060 and (2) in your string also.

I suspect the reason yours is different is because of where you copied the address from. The best thing to do is, once you get a confirmation from the uploader that it was successful, go to the repository, open up your photo and copy the address from the address bar up at the top of the screen of your browser. Don't copy the address from the uploader. When you open up the actual photo and copy the address there, I'm pretty sure you will not have a problem. Don't give up! You have too many cool reels we all want to see!

Another try

This is the coppied and pasted URL for the picture repository. I highlighted and clicked the Img tab so here goes

(*moderator: Bill, the"http://" needs to be included in the [img] brackets. You can correct this without adding another post here by just clicking on the edit button on your message. Make sure you highlight all of but nothing more than the link to your photo.)

Should I be highlighting the URL once it is in the thread before I click Img or Just click Img and not higlight? I am reallly feeling stupid here.

Hey

I guess I had the other picture so corrupted it wouldn't take. The new one worked. Thank you guys. Now I can make notes on what I did so I won't forget. I got a good memory it just doesn't last very long. Thank you all for the help
