New Record Casting Reel

Can anyone give me some info on a reel with hard rubber side plates with a metal frame.It says New Record Casting Reel on the right side plate.It also says 80 on the bottom of the foot.It also has engraved the number 63 on the inside on the right and left plates and the main gear carriage.There is no other markings on this reel.Any help would be appreicated.Thanks...Dick
