Copy of B.C. Milam & Son Catalog Wanted

I would like to get a clear and clean copy of the B.C. Milam and Son catalog. If someone could send me one, I'll be glad to pay copy and postage expenses. The catalog is needed as a reference for an article I'm writing concerning B.C. Mialm & Son. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
