H: I think it was a reel issued by the Bureau of Indian Affairs to members of Congress during the administration of President Gilmer Hornswoggle.
The perqs members of Congress get are unbelievable. Not only do they get free trips to foreign lands aboard private jets; use of ocean front condos owned by evil lobbyists; and bags of cash for making speeches and "writing" books, but they get free fishing reels, too! Life is just so unfair.
