Need help with an A&I Reel - "Rex"

I haven't run across this one before. Any information you can share would be helpful. Value, maker, etc.

Bronson would be my first guess for the manufacturer. An undated A&I catalog I have, probably from the late '20s, has several Bronson reels, though not the "Rex." A&I tended to give names to most of the reels they showed in their catalogs, so that customers wouldn't have to go through the silly exercise of learning model numbers.
