Add a Photo ??

Hi. I haven't posted much before and I am sure this gets asked over & over, but how do I add a photo to my post?

Now - both my camera and my computer are much smarter that I am, so I will struggle to solve this new set of procedures,and wrestle the solution from their greedy grasp.
