an acquaintence registered but cannot log in

this is the message he gets: account inactive

any help or recommendations for him?

I just need to know the username he registered with and I can change the settings. Sometimes the confirmation email that is automatically generated and sent out never reaches the new member, for whatever reason. Please send me his user name
