Bad Bob's "Thought for the Week"

First, this just in! I had lunch Friday with a guy who looked exactly like Craig Barber. Picked him up at the house where Craig Barber lives. Sounded like Craig Barber and he talked about reels. Still, will wait for the DNA tests to come back to be certain. Will report later!

Now to important stuff: "Things Men Would Not Have Invented"

Starbucks Coffee Houses-So this guy says "If I build it they will come! An upscale coffee house with wireless internet available. I'll charge $2.50 for a 50 cent cup of coffee, have some $2.00 Danish in a counter to run the tab up close to five dollars per, put some tables outside on the sidewalk. The chicks will arrive in droves! Just five dollars for all that? Who will follow? Guys! Droves of them! I'll put these things all over the country in upscale neighborhoods and be a billionaire!"
It worked! Is this a great country or what?! Odds of discussions about reels there? Zero

Bad Bob- PS I have never been in a Starbucks Coffee House but have noticed that all the women sitting at those sidewalk tables are beautiful.

he's an imposter.

my wife's business survives because of coffee and wireless internet.
She takes the kids to school, stops in coffee shop and works until her first business meeting.
Leaves a meeting, back to the coffee house to work until its time to pick the kids up, etc.

Question Ron-Coffee is cheaper at home. No disruptions (as long as you are fishing), more work gets done. Also I figure at five bucks a day $100.00 a month goes to the coffee house. A hundred bucks will buy a nice reel unless it is a case of "her money vs my money" sort of thing. Whatever. Still, my premise is that it is your wife at an uppity coffee house, not you. Men don't need this sort of thing! Take the kids to school with a cup of coffee in the car, go fishing, get back in time to pick up the kids at school. Let wife make the money.

it's 20 miles from home into town, so the cost of coffee at a free-broadband-wireless cafe is easily justified
(the sizes of the files she has to shoot around are enormous)
and it's not even her money, it's her business' money, which I stay far away from...

If she keeps this up, I can eventually fish for a living.

Teal-The imposter had not even heard about the book. If he says he can't afford it on a government salary I'll send him one. On second thought, I'll just go ahead and send him one. Everyone knows government employees can't afford the better things in life. The only thing the imposter uses the internet for is to delete all emails before he reads them. Holds the record for longest time never having answered a single email!

Ron-You MUST figure a way to get to the company money if it means you can fish for a living. By the way, have you ever been in a Starbucks? Bad Bob
