Request for information....

Post by Jerry J in OK »

Anyone that has any Pflueger reels in boxes with inserts, if you don;t mind, please make a list of the model of the reel, the date on the inspection stamp on the bottom of the box, and the Form No. on the insert and forward it to me via email , , . Bad Bob and I are working on a couple theories concerning the Insert Form Nos. and we need a lot of information to assist in our efforts.

Robin (younguy) has been kind enough to send me his and I would apprecite any help the rest of you can give. If you have any questions you can ask them also.

Thanks and look forward to your emails

I have a 1494 1/2 in a box, but I don't find a date on the bottom; is it absolutely necessary? It looks like there might have been one that got torn off, probably when a price sticker got removed. It's got copyright 1965 on the box label, though, so it's no older than that. Form 68-B28 in the box.
