Membership Dues

I joined O.R.C.A earlier this year. I am not sure or unable to find if I renew membership on my aniversary date of joining or if there is a specific time of the year that membership dues are to be paid for the following year. Or if I am contacted when membership is to be renewed.

Membership is for the year that you joined. If you joined in 2006 prior to November 1st, you should have received all the issues of the REEL NEWS for that year. Someone joining after November 1, 2006 are carried into 2007 as being paid, but do not receive all the issues for 2006. Look at your mailing label on the REEL NEWS issue. If it shows "06" on the upper right hand corner, that means that you have paid through 2006. Our membership years runs January 1 - December 31. There is a renewal form in the latest issue of The Reel News.

I also send out a notice at the end of December. It is sent out via first class mail.

You don't have to wait for anything. You can just go here and pay using PayPal right this minute. Or you can wait until you've read all the posts on the board if you want.

Dear All

Thank you. The Puzzel is solved. I haven't recieved my Reel News yet as we have been having some flooding problems here this last week and today is a holiday so I am expecting a bunch of mail tomorrow. Thank you again for the help.
