BENORA Swiss spinning reel, odd version

Over the years I have had a few Benora's, the Swiss 2-speed spinning reel, 2 versions known, the fresh water and the ocean-size.
All of them had the same light-green smooth painted finish.
Some time ago I bought this one, it has a brown rough-paint finish.
Anyone ever seen one before ? It is not painted-over i.m.o.
Please note the 2-speed function is missing on this one, it has had repair and made single speed.
