5. Bronson Modern no. 1000 A8, M8

6. Bond Reel – A8/9, M8/9 Marked “Bond Reel Stainless Steel” on head plate, “Bond Industrial Corp, Detroit Michigan” on tail plate. Interesting cast control.

7. Pflueger Worth A7/8, M8 Drag may need adjustment as it does not appear to work much. The screw slots are obviously used. Serial No. 5935

8. Talbot Star – Tough to grade, foot is soldered and handle is possibly a replacement that does not fit tightly. Spins Ok but could use some oiling and clicker is strong. If you’re looking for this as a parts reel I probably can’t sell it cheap enough…but you never know.

9. Pflueger Buckeye – 80 yd. A7, M7 clicker does not work and drag a little weak.

10. ABU 6000C A9/M10 – A nice one that has some discoloration on tail plate top rim which looks suspicious but the rest of the reel is so nice. Similar spot on tail plate below cliecker makes me think this is possible manufacturing defect but there will be skeptics I’m sure. Apparent tick marks are dust or glare. Serial no. 110900.

11. ABU 6000 A8, M9. More typical rim wear here. Nice case with parts, oiler and tool included. Serial no 721202.

12. ABU 5000 – 4 screw A9, M9. Nicks mostly on top frame, just a couple here and there elsewhere. Case included, though kind of rough. Serial no. 305662

13. Pflueger Redifor A8, M8 – screw slots a little used and clicker may have too much oil as it wants to slide off when engaged. A few discoloration spots appearat2o’clock on tail plate and 10 o’clock on head plate rim. Serial No. 6496

14. Horton No. 3 Bluegrass A8/9, M9 with missing bearing cap. This reel is really a nice one with one problem – the missing tail plate bear cap/ring. Darn it!

15. Shakespeare Standard Professional 1755 Model GA A7, M8

16. Shakespeare Standard Reel 23052 A8-9, M8. Nice looking reel.

17. SureStop LW-ABL A8, M8. Solid reel, could use a good cleaning. Foot is marked “Pat Applied for Made in USA 41”. Any additional information on this reel wouldn’t hurt.
