:) 8) :!: :idea: :type: Ray, Lawsons 3rd edition page 95 list it a $5.00 so it may not be a (reel treasure) however it will be a addition or a trader someday, Most likly it was made by bronson, also there are spinning reels with name Longfellow and they too are made in Michigan, Col. hey JDC; Don't beleive every thing you see in a book, supply and demand is the most importaint.
I've seen very few old bait castors , that I wouldn't give 3.50 for and just love to find them at yard sales. :roll:
For 3.50 you can alway throw them back and wait on the demand, or part them out to another poor fellor thinking he has a gold mine.. :lol:
