America Reels

I have two America reels in my collection and was curious as to where I can find more/any information on that company./these tow reels. Both are takedown models, one a #2, and the other a #11. Both have the Feb 18, 1902 patent date.
I lived and worked in Rockford IL for about 7 years, and that is why I thought it would be neat to add to my collection reels made in that town.
Again, I have found very little about that company or my reels in my searches.
Any help or direction is appreciated.
