This in the local TV news here. A dog ate eight (just eight, not eighty eight) golf balls. Barfed up three but other five had to be removed in some sort of vet-method best not considered in detail. Dog would have eaten more but eight were all that were available, it was reported.

Impressive, but nothing to match that entire string of standard sized Christmas tree lights removed from Old Blue by the UT Vet school docs.

Cheers for man's best friend! (And certainly the vet's best friend).

Well, that's the thing about eating Christmas tree lightbulbs...once you start the string, you have to finish it, BB
