spool restoration

does anyone know of a product that can be used to replace the brushes that fit on the bottom of various vintage spool lips.They look like small pipe cleaners.i have several spools where these have rusted and several are completely gone.i looked through a bunch of my schematics and found no part number. berkley shakeshere heddon
